SBG Agency Services will assist you with the following:

• Provide insurance company appointment forms
• Answer questions about forms completion or requirements
• Track and advise you of appointment status
• Confirm writing agent contract codes and effective dates

Your Broker Dealer or Firm will continue to be your source of assistance with state insurance department licensing, licensing renewals, securities registrations and continuing education requirements.

Just-In-Time Appointment Policy

Most of our insurance company partners practice a “just in time” appointment policy in the majority of states. With few exceptions, contracting can be submitted concurrent with a new business application.· Requests submitted without an imminent application will be forwarded to the insurance company; However, most companies will simply hold them for new business and will require new signed forms if the original packet becomes stale-dated.
